Overview
 
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, we cannot issue you a full refund or exchange.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
 
Some types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Certain health and personal care items
 
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
 
Please do not send your purchased item back to the manufacturer.
 
There are some cases where only partial refunds are available:
 
Books that show obvious signs of use
Software that is not usable
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not attributable to us.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
 
Refunds
 
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
 
If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
 
Late or Missing Refunds
 
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially credited.
 
Next, contact your bank. There will usually be some processing time before the refund is credited.

Sale items
 
Only regular priced items are refundable. Sale items are not refundable.
 
Exchanges
 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for a similar item, please email us at hello@standalonesoft.com and we will resend you the product via the account and email you registered and purchased with.
 
Gifts
 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was sent to you via email, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will email you a gift certificate.
 
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver sent the order to you later, we will send the gift giver a refund and they will find out about your return.
 
Return Shipping
 
To return a product, you should send us the information about the product you purchased including the defect you experienced and we will review it and send you a replacement product.
